The 399.00 euros bargain i lost!

Monday morning...

Ugh... after a dense weekend of Saint George celebrated (this year) the same day that Saint Thomas "the Unbeliever" was celebrated! And Saint Thomas "the Unbeliever" is a Pontian Feast...

Our family's George - "celebrating his name-day" - wanted NOT to miss the Saint Thomas' Local Bazaar!

So tired today... Came to the office early in the morning, with a Springtime "catch-a-cold" condition knocking on my door, hearing it in my bones...

I turned on the PC and checked the emails and there it was... under the section of "offers"... this extreme offer of "weekend" that I... "lost"... Oh, yeah, I lost the chance to spend 399.00 euros instead of the initial price of 532.00 euros for a set of earphones! God, can't believe I've lost such a bargain! 

Couldn't avoid taking a screenshot! I was too kind to trim it and not include the seller's name or any brand-name... After all this post is not to be harmful to anyone. Greece is a free EU Country in terms of everyone being free to buy or sell any legal product or service at any price he/she likes!

But can't avoid the comparison...

In Greece of 2017, a 23 y.o. boy or girl is more than happy to find a job position, 5-6 hours x 6 days a week (after who knows how many months/years of unemployment) in a supermarket for a month salary of 399.00 euros (net)... 

And, I'm wondering...

Are there really such cleverly designed ads in this mass-based "cosmos" - the w-w-web - (meaning ads that are not carefully addressed to a more specific target group) that "promote" the "offer" of a pair of "earphones" (not even a professional - doing miracles - headset) at the price of 399.00 euros instead of the initial price of 532.00 euros (!) promoting what exactly? Probably that, they offer a 25% reduction... that successfully brings the price of the "earphones" to a level equivalent of one month's salary... of a Greek life-starter... And this in... the Greek (already dead) market!

Cannot decide whether it is a "social" or a "marketing" provocativeness that..., that annoys me more!

Released today on The Quardian this article: "The many faces of Angela Merkel: 26 years of photographing the German chancellor" ... 

As a designer couldn't avoid to notice... this slight lifting of the chin, the nose... and this ambitious look of the eyes, right from the start, both aggresive and reserved that gradually becomes more straight forward and calmed as the targets are succeeded over the years.

And as an EU citizen (still a citizen...of still an EU...) couldn't avoid to thing how much pain, how much damage, how many tragedies over families that lost their homes in Spain, their jobs in Portugal, their savings in Cyprus, almost everything in Greece... and their social cohesion all over the European South and even Ireland... How many and how much of all these are necessary for this, one third of an inch, lift of the chin, this half of an inch, lift of the nose, and this, more calmed look of the eyes of the German chancellor...

2-speed-EU... and where are we? (Hey...Mr. MP! I hate it when I have to tell you ... "Told you, so!")

We should not forget,
that some of us...
we were aware that:
- the difficulties would have been the same or more, and ...
we knew that:
- all and all additional real benefit of our "option" was that it would be us, the people of our country, those who would retain the right to choose the harsh policies and measures to be applied, first of all upon ourselves and we would be responsible and accountable towards future generations, still protecting them from "a heavy slavery"...
... cause it was some of us...
four years ago - or even from the beginning of the crisis - who insisted on the need to avoid the country's engagement with such heavy long-term commitments, even including terms of loss of idependence and of our right to determine our national strategy and national policy ... - Notably, none of us denied the realistic need of adaptation of radical reforms!

Those, who today seek to be our future government, were, at that time, at the "opposite" waving over our heads all kinds of threats - and even wellcoming external, extra-institutional and dirty interference (remember Schaeuble in our double elections 2012) with one core-message, summarized in one threatening sentence towards the eldest and those most in need:
- "You will not be able to get your pension, the finacial assistance, the help of any kind, neigther your medications starting from next month and on, if you do not give in!"
but this was half the "sentence" of much extended one (from which was cut off and hidden ... the most serious part), and the whole sentence was:
- "You will not be able to get your pension, the finacial assistance, the help of any kind, neigther your medications starting from next month and on, if you do not give in, bond and undermine the lives of the youngsters - your grandchildren - for the next, at least 50 years! And in order to live what is left of your miserable - as defined by the agreements - lives, the remaining 5, 10, 20 years ... you must oblige your grandchildren either to become slaves without lives and without a future for all their productive - wearth living - period of life, or to become immigrants (...those lucky who can)!"

Those, who today seek to be our future government, were, at that time, at the "opposite", but even the others did not stand up to the challenge and confrontation and feared the burden of responsibility to "break" the chains of earlier agreements that undermined the future ... Were they really so naive to believe that they could bring "velvet" solutions?

However, the majority of Greek people, they showed that they were aware and did not expect a "velvet" solution, and were determined to support even the toughest sacrifices since they would aim at a real conclusion! This is the only true interpretation of the result of the powerful - and then... disarmed - 62% in the referendum ... nomatter how unclear the question was... The people were determined to support the "hard" and "painful" choice regardless of the clarity of the question...

And those things, that four years ago seemed hard and difficult, today, are superseded by an even more hard and difficult reality, in which we experience the same cost but with no hope and no view of benefit of any kind and there is absolutely no comfort for anyone of us who proved to be right in our judgements - four years ago or even at the beginning of the crisis!

We are at that period where...
"No one is right", where...
"No right exists" where...
"The term "right" has lost its meaning and importance"...

We are at that moment, that our only hope can be nothing but a cruel and extremely painful solution, supported by a unified scheme of all major political forces of the country forming a common front with one, single, strategy and a clear agreement with the people - with whom they are now in breakage - and to whom they owe, for once, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, about the sufferings that are to come as part of any kind of a solution.


So, simply put ...

• in a Europe separated into two speeds - and this as a preliminary stage of dissolvation or full mutation - and wherein we have no place in the first speed...
• in a Europe that will shrink due to centrifugal tendencies...
• in a Europe that will go into recession and new economic crisis and social crisis and cohesion even in the interior of the countries, given that is now targeted as an economy by the US, Russia and China and targeted socially, culturally and religiously by the fundamentalists of the Muslim arc...
• in a Europe that will soon be forsed to close borders, to "crop" freedoms at the individual level (which were intentionaly overestimated to be used as "smokescreen" to hide the loss of democratic freedoms of people and countries-members and the lack of democratic institutions within the union)...

... in such a - washed-up (?) - Europe, from which we are - now - less than ever ready to withdraw, on a national basis:

We should bring together all major political forces of our country in order to determine, in what strategic plan:

• we will monitor the developments,
• we will strengthen our position for as long as we remain in the EU structures, and
• we will prepare to survive as a country - and possibly win a better position in the upheavals that will occur in the future - either in the case of dissolution of Europe, or in the case of EU's rescue and under all circumstances and every form EU may end up to maintain.

Everything else is within the range of a ridiculous ostrich behaviour and consitute meaningless juxtapositions of our idl politicians!

2-speed-EU... and where are we? (Έι... πολιτικέ! Σιχαίνομαι όταν αναγκάζομαι να σου πω... "Στα ΄λεγα, εγώ!")

Για να μην ξεχνιόμαστε,

κάποιοι...

με επίγνωση:

- ότι οι δυσκολίες θα ήταν ίδιες ή και περισσότερες, αλλά και...

με γνώση ότι:

- το μόνο παραπάνω, πραγματικό όφελος από αυτή την επιλογή ήταν ότι, εμείς οι ίδιοι, ως χώρα, θα διατηρούσαμε το δικαίωμα να επιλέγουμε τις σκληρές πολιτικές και μέτρα που θα επιβάλλαμε, πρώτα απ' όλα, στους εαυτούς μας και θα ήμασταν υπεύθυνοι και υπόλογοι απέναντι στις επόμενες γενιές, χωρίς όμως να τις έχουμε υποθηκεύσει σε βαθμό "βαριάς σκλαβιάς"...

... κάποιοι...

τέσσερα χρόνια πριν - αλλά και από την αρχή της κρίσης - επιμέναμε για την ανάγκη αποφυγής της δέσμευσης της χώρας με βαρύτατες μακροχρόνιες δεσμεύσεις και όρους απώλειας του δικαιώματος για χάραξη εθνικής στρατηγικής και εθνικής πολιτικής... - σημειωτέο, κανείς ρεαλιστής δεν μίλησε για την μη υλοποίηση μεταρρυθμίσεων!

Αυτοί που και σήμερα διεκδικούν την διακυβέρνηση ήταν "απέναντι" επισείοντας πάνω από τα κεφάλια όλων απειλές - και επιστρατεύοντας (θυμήσου Σόιμπλε στις διπλές εκλογές 2012) κάθε εξωτερική, εξωθεσμική παρέμβαση με την κατακλείδα να συνοψίζεται σε μία πρόταση-απειλή προς τους πλέον ανήμπορους της ζωής:

- "Δεν θα εισπράξετε τις συντάξεις σας, τα βοηθήματά σας, τα επιδόματά σας, τα φάρμακά σας, τον επόμενο μήνα αν δεν ενδώσετε!"

αλλά αυτό ήταν η μίση "πρόταση" μιας ολόκληρης (από την οποία είχαν αποκοπεί και αποκρυφτεί τα πιο... σοβαρά) και η οποία έλεγε:

- "Δεν θα εισπράξετε τις συντάξεις σας, τα βοηθήματά σας, τα επιδόματά σας, τα φάρμακά σας, τον επόμενο μήνα αν δεν ενδώσετε κι αν δεν υπονομεύσετε τους νέους και τα εγγόνια σας για τα επόμενα - τουλάχιστον 50 - χρόνια! Και για να ζήσετε εσείς το μίζερο που σας προδιαγράφεται από τις συμφωνίες... και που σας απομένει των 5, 10, 20 ετών... τα εγγόνια σας θα είναι σκλάβοι χωρίς ζωή και χωρίς μέλλον για όλη την παραγωγική περίοδο της ζωής τους πριν βρεθούν στην ίδια μιζέρια με εσάς ή θα πρέπει να γίνουν μετανάστες, όσοι, εάν, μπορούν!"

Αυτοί που και σήμερα διεκδικούν την διακυβέρνηση ήταν "απέναντι", αλλά κι άλλοι δεν στάθηκαν στο ύψος των περιστάσεων και της αντιπαράθεσης και φοβήθηκαν το βάρος της ευθύνης να "διαρρήξουν" τα δεσμά των προγενέστερων συμφωνιών που υπονόμευαν το μέλλον... Ήταν πραγματικά τόσο αφελείς να πιστεύουν ότι θα έφερναν "βελούδινες" λύσεις;! 

Ωστόσο στη βάση του ο λαός τους έδειξε ότι είχε επίγνωση και δεν περίμενε μια "βελούδινη" λύση και ήταν αποφασισμένος να στηρίξει και τις σκληρότερες θυσίες εφόσον αυτές θα στόχευαν σε πραγματικό αντίκρισμα! Αυτή είναι και η μοναδική πραγματική ερμηνεία του αποτελέσματος 62% στο δημοψήφισμα... όσο ασαφές κι αν ήταν το ερώτημα... Ο λαός είχε στηρίξει την "δύσκολη" την "επίπονη" εκ των δύο επιλογών ανεξάρτητα της σαφήνειας του ερωτήματος...

Και σήμερα αυτά που πριν τέσσερα χρόνια φαίνονταν σκληρά και δύσκολα τα έχει υπερβεί μια ακόμη πιο σκληρή και δύσκολη πραγματικότητα όπου βιώνουμε το ίδιο κόστος αλλά δεν ελπίζουμε σε κανένα όφελος και καμία ικανοποίηση δεν γεννά η αίσθηση κάποιων από εμάς ότι πριν τέσσερα χρόνια ή και από την αρχή της κρίσης, είχαμε δίκιο!

Βρισκόμαστε στο χρόνο αυτόν όπου...

"κανείς δεν έχει δίκιο", όπου...

"δεν υπάρχει δίκιο", όπου...

"το δίκιο έχει χάσει νόημα και σημασία"...

Βρισκόμαστε στο χρόνο όπου μοναδική, τελευταία ελπίδα είναι μια σκληρή και επώδυνη λύση στην οποία θα συστρατευθούν όλες οι δυνάμεις της χώρας σε κοινό μέτωπο, με ενιαία στρατηγική και με συμφωνία με τον λαό, με τον οποίο βρίσκονται πλέον σε διαρκή ρήξη και στον οποίο για πρώτη φορά πρέπει να ειπωθεί η αλήθεια για τα δεινά που έρχονται ως κομμάτι της όποιας λύσης, της κάθε λύσης, και για το πόσο μονόδρομος είναι αυτό πια...

Άρα, με απλά λόγια...

• εντός μιας Ευρώπης που διαχωρίζεται σε δύο ταχύτητες - και τούτο ως προστάδιο διάλυσης ή πλήρους μετάλλαξής της - και όπου εμείς δεν έχουμε θέση στην 1η ταχύτητα...
• εντός μιας Ευρώπης που θα συρρικνωθεί λόγω φυγόκεντρων τάσεων...
• εντός μιας Ευρώπης που θα περάσει σε ύφεση και νέα οικονομική κρίση και κρίση κοινωνική και συνοχής στις ίδιες τις χώρες της καθώς στοχοποιείται οικονομικά από ΗΠΑ, Ρωσία, Κίνα και κοινωνικά και θρησκευτικά από το Μουσουλμανικό τόξο...
• εντός μιας Ευρώπης που θα κλείσει σύνορα, θα περιορίσει ελευθερίες σε ατομικό επίπεδο (που ήταν το προπέτασμα καπνού που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για την απώλεια των δημοκρατικών ελευθεριών των λαών και χωρών της)...

... εντός μιας τέτοιας - ξοφλημένης(;) - Ευρώπης, από την οποία είμαστε λιγότερο παρά ποτέ (τώρα πια) έτοιμοι να αποχωρήσουμε, θα πρέπει:

Να συστρατευθούν όλες οι δυνάμεις της χώρας μας για να καθορίσουν, με ποιό στρατηγικό σχέδιο:

• θα παρακολουθήσουμε τις εξελίξεις,
• θα ισχυροποιήσουμε τη θέση μας όσο θα παραμένουμε στις δομές της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, αλλά και
• θα προετοιμαζόμαστε ώστε να επιβιώσουμε ως χώρα - κερδίζοντας ει δυνατόν και θέσεις στις ανακατατάξεις που θα προκύψουν στο μέλλον - είτε υπό την εκδοχή της διάλυσης της Ευρώπης, είτε υπό την εκδοχή της διάσωσής της με όποιο σχήμα κι αν αυτή διατηρηθεί.

Όλα τα άλλα είναι γελοίοι στρουθοκαμηλισμοί και άνευ ουσίας αντιπαραθέσεις των φυγόπονων, απαίδευτων και απολύτως εσωστρεφών πολιτικών μας...

Αυγά του Πάσχα και... Kinder Έκπληξη!!!

Έρχονται οι γιορτές του Πάσχα και όλοι οι νονοί και γονείς θα σπεύσουμε για τα βαφτιστήρια και τα παιδιά μας να διαθέσουμε ακόμη και πέραν των δυνατοτήτων μας!

Το σοκολατένιο αυγό που τα τελευταία - ήδη πάνω από δέκα... - χρόνια τυποποιήθηκε από μεγάλες εταιρίες και έγινε έτσι φθηνότερο συρρικνώνοντας σημαντικά την ανάλογη δουλειά των ζαχαροπλαστείων, τώρα, αφού ο ανταγωνισμός εξανεμίστηκε έχει γίνει πανάκριβο!

Μόνο πανάκριβο;! Έχει σμικρυνθεί σε διαστάσεις μίζερες και σε μηδαμινό καθαρό βάρος με τον αρχικό όγκο να διατηρεί η κιτς αλουμινο-σελοφάν διαφημιζο-συσκευασία που υπόσχεται δώρα-έκπληξη που ναι... είναι... κατά την αρνητική έννοια δώρα-απογοήτευση!

Τώρα λοιπόν, είναι η ώρα, σαν καταναλωτές να γυρίσουμε στο ζαχαροπλαστείο, στο αρτοποιείο και στις ελληνικές εταιρίες που παράγουν πραγματικά σοκολατένια αυγά και λαγούς ή σε εγχώριας ιδιοκτησίας εταιρίες που διαθέτουν σοκολατένια αυγά-δώρα σε πολύ καλύτερες τιμές και εγγυημένη ποιότητα χωρίς... εκπλήξεις τουλάχιστον σε επίπεδο κινδύνων!

Και προπαντός, ας μην παρασυρθούμε από εταιρίες που πολυδιαφήμιζαν τα προϊόντα τους ως "εξειδικευμένα" για την παιδική υγεία και τον παιδικό οργανισμό, ενώ φόρτωναν τα παιδιά μας με ΑΡΩΜΑΤΙΚΟ ΟΡΥΚΤΕΛΑΙΟ το οποίο προκαλεί σοβαρές βλάβες στο ανθρώπινο σώμα! Βλέπε... "ΥΓΙΕΙΝΕΣ" και "ΠΟΙΟΤΙΚΕΣ" σοκολάτες Kinder!

Μετά τις Γερμανικές "ρίζες φασολιών" που δηλητηρίαζαν τον κόσμο (και οι Γερμανοί πήγαν στα πλαίσια της Ευρωπαϊκής αλληλεγγύης να τα φορτώσουν στους Ιταλούς)...

Μετά τα Γερμανικά "καθαρά" αυτοκίνητα των Audi/VW που δηλητηρίαζαν την ατμόσφαιρα και τον πλανήτη και βέβαια διεμβόλισαν με αισχρό και παράνομο τρόπο την αγορά αυτοκινήτου πουλώντας "ψεύδη"...

Τώρα... ήρθε η σειρά των γνωστών ως πιο αγνών και γι' αυτό και -αποδεκτά από την αγορά- πιο ακριβών προϊόντων που προμηθεύονταν όσοι κατ' εξοχήν θέλανε να "προστατεύσουν" τα καμάρια τους, τα παιδάκια τους!

ΑΡΩΜΑΤΙΚΟ ΟΡΥΚΤΕΛΑΙΟ το οποίο προκαλεί σοβαρές βλάβες στο ανθρώπινο σώμα στις "ΥΓΙΕΙΝΕΣ" και "ΠΟΙΟΤΙΚΕΣ" σοκολάτες Kinder!

Μάλλον αυτό είναι που λέμε... Kinder Εκπληξη!!!
